Outdoor Yoga @ Cranley Barn Farm

Join me for a seasonal special combining some of my favourite things - yoga, the great outdoors and coffee! We will start with a yoga class to move our bodies- building strength, mobility and flexibility as well as taking time to relax and reset. The yoga class will be suitable for all - whether you are a terrified first timer or a seasoned pro. 

Our yoga class will last around 45 minutes, and after class, we will have a hot drink from the farm shop (included in the price) and enjoy a browse of the fabulous local produce at Cranley Barn Farm Shop.

This class will be taking place outside, whatever the weather! Please make sure you dress appropriately (raincoat? bobblehat? sunglasses? who knows!) and bring layers to cosy up after class- we will be doing our class on the grass, which will likely be wet at that time o…
